The peaceful town of Zell am See region is made up of two cities: the city of Kaprun and the city of Zell am See.

Drive from Salzburg to Kaprun : The entire area consists of the most beautiful scenery, with lakes, mountains, hills and glacier. As well as this, as you explore you will often hear the dinging of bells on cows. Kaprun : Enjoy 240 Minutes. For you to explore the on your own. Kaprun is famous for the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, which is a great ski area. The breath-taking travel through the alpine scenery with our first stop at Kaprun, where state-of-the-art cable cars will provide for an easy and barrier-free access up to 3.029 meters entering an amazing high-alpine world of adventure – the Gipfelwelt 3000.
Enjoy spectacular views of sheer endless magnificent mountain ranges from the Panorama Skywalk towering 50 meters above the glacier. You enter a 360-meter-long tunnel to the National Park Gallery with great information on crystal treasures, gold, silver as well as the formation of the Alps. At the end of the tunnel another spectacular platform is waiting – facing the Großglockner – Austria’s Highest Mountain – on equal level!
Explore the popular Ice Arena fun park with snow bars, snow slides, sun chairs at the snow beaches or hike the secured glacier trail which is open during July and August.
Once explored, continue to your unforgettable tour of Zell am See, a picturesque little city nestled between the alpine scenery along the crystal-clear sparkling lake Zell.

Zell am See: Enjoy 120 Minutes. For you to explore the city on your own. This little city has plenty of skiing too and it also has the beautiful Lake Zell, a hit for families in summer. Stroll through the historic town centre or walk along the lake side promenade with amazing views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and deep valleys filled with emerald forests.
